One of my top favourites is Slow-Cooked Pork Belly. ..So unctious and tender…with all the flavours of Winter. This most exquisite of all Winter dishes, takes me back to one of my favourite little restaurants in Burgundy.The restaurant is owned and run by a husband and wife team, Stephen and Louise, who arrived in Burgundy fifteen years ago and never left… A definitive sign of the magical spell this little corner of France can cast on you! Stephen prepares and serves the most delicious Pork Belly, I have ever eaten. It is served on a bed of greens with crackling and a citrus jus…As I write, I can almost taste it!!!
